Our recipe respects the tradition, for the dough we use only natural ingredients and no hydrogenated fats.
Natural sourdough, due to its characteristics, requires a long rising time to ensure the freshness and fragrance of the product, the scent and the perfect digestibility.
The variants we propose are: classic with raisin and candid fruit and pear and chocolate.
WHEAT flour type “0”, candied orange 21,3% (orange peel, sugar, glucose, water, vanilla beans), BUTTER, EGG white, sugar, natural yeast from sourdough (WHEAT flour type “00”, water), raisins 5,3% (grapes, vegetable oil), salt. WITHOUT PRESERVATIVES, EMULSIFIERS AND MONODIGLYCERIDES.
