Our natural yeast is the “Mother” of tradition, handed down from father to son for over fifty years, which for its characteristics takes time, patience and passion… The qualities that the Mother yeast brings to the process are a few so we don’t have to add hydrogenated and monodiglyceride fats.
Sfogliati “dal Forner” are an excellent salt puff pastry speciality, made with margarine without hydrogenated fats, enriched with a light sprinkling of sesame seeds.
They are excellent alone or combined with succulent hams, cheeses and both still and sparkling wines.
