Hazelnut Shortbread
Handmade shortbread, cold worked to exalt each ingredient.
The taste is strong and crumbly. Cookies are rich of cocoa and "IGP Piedmont" hazelnuts.
The Aroma is pleasant and intense, a perfect balance of flavors.
Ingredients:
WHEAT flour type “0”, BUTTER, sugar, IGP HAZELNUTS 14,7%, fresh Italian free-range EGGS category A, cocoa powder 2,9% (22/24% cocoa butter), vanilla flavour from the vanilla bean. WITHOUT DYES AND PRESERVATIVES.
Allergens: Contain cereals containing gluten, milk and eggs. It may contain traces of soy, nuts and sesame.
